Five stars. Countryside Veterinary Center went above and beyond when I needed help for my cat. From the moment I called, they were responsive, kind, and reassuring. Dr Heitzman is one of the most compassionate veterinarians I have ever met, and the entire team clearly cares deeply about their patients. Kathy and Tori at the front desk were wonderful, thoughtful, and supportive during a very stressful time. My cat is now healthy and happy, and I am so grateful for the care we received. Even though this clinic is a 30 minute drive for me, I will continue bringing my pets here. Highly recommend.

Recently we took our beloved cat Misty to Countryside Veterinary Center for her annual exam and vaccines. Like all of our previous cats, she didn't want to go either! It's hard to gage the level of anxiety our pets experience when we force them to do something they really don't want to do. I am pleased to say that the loving attention given to Misty by the Countryside staff was exactly what she needed!! Countryside Veterinary Center has been nothing short of incredible for my family and my dogs. I have eight dogs, seven of whom have special needs, and the level of care, patience, and compassion they consistently show is truly exceptional. They work with me constantly - coordinating appointments around my complicated schedule, helping me get multiple dogs seen efficiently, and never making me feel rushed or like a burden (which, let’s be honest, eight dogs absolutely could be!).
