Horrible at communication. Dropped my dog off for a night, they never “checked” him in, then proceeded to tell me the next day they had no record of my dog being at the shelter… Can’t call to ask questions they are never there. then going to pickup hoping my dogs there he is full a mud and dirt, soaking wet, blanket toy, and food bowl are disgusting. & on top of that charged more than originally stated.

We have dropped our both of our dogs off a few time over the years. Always had great service and they also have a Veteran discount

Bowie is always treated well and they do a wonderful job taking care of him when we are away! Thank you for taking such good care of our dog!

I was so impressed! I needed to drop off my dog for a week so I could leave town. Molly was quick to respond and beyond helpful. She asked me SOOOO MANY questions about my dogs personality. She even sent me pictures during my dogs stay! Upon pick up Molly and her husband HUGGED my dog and said we will see you next time! Beyond impressed!

Exceptional customer service and facility, my friend was called out on a fire last minute and didn't have enough notice to bring his dog down there, i was able to do it for him and even though they were pretty packed, they were able to make it work! Molly, the owner, is also an acceptional woman who really cares for these animals as her own, she also makes sure she has a staff that clearly shares these values!
