Our dog, Rylee, had her first visit there a week ago. We were nervous to take our baby to a kennel, somewhere she's never been before. We've never used a kennel before so we weren't sure what to expect. Countryside Groom & Board was clean. The owner is so kind, patient, & professional. Rylee has some MAJOR anxiety and CG&B is working with us & Rylee to make her feel comfortable and is doing so at Rylee's pace . We highly recommend this place! 🐾
Heather takes excellent care of her canines. Human interactions, not so much. I was scolded on drop off for being 15 minutes early, then chastised like a third grader on pick up. I was FOUR minutes late. I understand she has grooming appointments scheduled. I could never have run my neurology clinic without giving my patients a little grace. Your dog will get great care; just follow the rules to the letter.
Heather takes great care of Chance when we come up from Pittsburgh to visit our relatives! He's always happy and in a great mood...and freshly bathed! 🐕❤️
