Best vet around, reasonable rates. Took our dog to the stark county emergency vet. Did absolutely nothing but keep her sent her home on some meds, but basically said my dog was probably going into dementia. She was pacing back and forth whinging. Charged me $2,000 dollars. I went to countryside, he thought it might be the same, but when I explained that her heat cycle was long and she started acting weird. He tried something that worked and she's back to herself. It was hormones and a gi infection so the combination made her seem off. And she probably had swelling on her ovaries. 5 days later she acting they she use too. I'm forever grateful for the hospital.

Dr Tripp and his staff are Amazing people! Compassionate and caring. We have been taking Gizmo to Dr Tripp for years. I appreciate Dr Tripp for his up front candor. Gizmo has many medical issues and we are just trying to spend as much time as we can with him. Dr Tripp was honest with me when he told me that he can’t fix Gizmo but he make him more comfortable. I don’t enjoy leaving 1-star reviews, but this one is deserved. I’ve been bringing my 2 cats and 2 dogs here for nearly 6 years. Until recently, the care was excellent—great service, fair pricing, and accurate diagnoses. However, wait times have always been an issue. Even with an appointment, it’s common to wait an hour or more past your scheduled time. If your appointment is at 3, expect to be seen closer to 4. I tolerated this because the care was good and the pricing fair. Lately, though, it’s become much worse. They consistently run far behind schedule, so plan to set aside a big chunk of your day. On top of that, reaching them by phone is nearly impossible. During business hours, they don’t answer the majority of the time. For example, I called nine times between 3–6pm on a Thursda

Very caring people. Got us in 2 different times without an appointment when we have had pet emergencies. Great people and friendly environment.

Doc Tripp is the best. He truly cares about his patients and their owners. In 2010 he was recommended to me by a friend after some horrible experiences with other vets. Since then, I wouldn't trust my pets with any other doctor.
