Joann is a wonderful kind person. Not only does she do a great job grooming she takes time to make sure the dogs have a positiveexperience. Recommended 100%
Adding 5 stars here. Joanne always answers the phone and she provides excellent service. She makes our mini sheepadoodle look great every time. Leaving a bad review for not taking new clients makes no sense. She is one person in a small business and can only handle so many dogs. Hopefully this 5 star balances the two low reviews that have nothing whatsoever to do with the actual service provided.
Joann always takes great care of Riley, he loves his visits there and our spoiled little dog is so clean and neat when we pick him up.
Thank you Joanne for doing a great job with my fur baby Gizmo, the little Yorkie. You are so sweet and your shop has a very pleasant atmosphere.
Joanne is wonderful. Doggies always come back happy and less hairy!! Whatever she does to de-shed works wonders.
