Country Paws Grooming

Disappointed After a Promising Start I’ve been bringing my dog here for a little over a year. In the beginning, the experience was great — we purchased the highest package and really loved the thoughtful photos give out around holidays. It made us feel like our dog was cared for and celebrated. Unfortunately, that attention to detail slowly faded. I was told the photos were only done within a certain window before holidays, but even when we came during that time, we received nothing. More concerning were the grooming issues. My dog came home with cuts and nicks more than once. When I raised the concern, I was told his hair was “too short,” and that they’d just leave it longer next time. That completely missed the issue, it was winter and we already asked for a longer cut. The problem was

I can't say enough good things about Country Paws. They're professional, really kind, and take wonderful care of my dog. The services are effective, efficient, and affordable, and the groomers clearly love working with animals. They also do sweet personal touches, like giving a free themed bandana for each groom, homemade treats, and specialty scents for shampoos. They're also super responsive to feedback or concerns, and the owner will call you personally if anything is a question. I love them and would highly recommend!

Today we had a puppy cut on our 3-month old bernedoodle and we had a great experience! Rosie did awesome and she looks, smells and feels on-point! Thanks to the team at Terri's!

After being told by pet supplies plus that my dog was "to aggressive" for a nail trim, country paws was willing to give it a try. Got me scheduled fast, were amazing with my dog, knew how to calm him down and had him in and out within 10min. I will deffinitely be recommending them to anybody looking for a caring groomer.
