Country Kennels Bed & Biscuit

We had a great experience with our 2 dogs boarding here. They stayed for 5 nights in a luxury suite and the price was outstanding. We were given an estimate 2 weeks before our vacation and it matched the price at pickup. I checked on the dogs on night 3 by a simple phone call and Tiffany gave me an amazing and relieving report. When I picked my dogs up they were both very happy and excited. They also were given a bath and grooming that I didn’t noticed to be charged for. Very very happy with my service and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to safely keep your dogs while you’re out of town.

We have been boarding our fur babies here for a couple of years now and recently began having our big dog, Thelma, groomed here. We absolutely trust this place to take the best care of our furry family members. Our 2 year old Cavapoo was just groomed for the first time ever. Tiffany did a fantastic job! I had to share this. I've NEVER boarded my cat. My husband had boarded our dog here but never my cat. I got sentimental when my husband took him to board before we went on vacation. Even had him PM the owner to see how my cat was doing during vacation. My cat stayed there 8 days. The day he came home i thought he was going to be stressed. You see normally i leave him with my sister. Even if left 3 days he would come home and sleep for days and hide. After 8 days my cat not only smelled great but was playing straight out the crate like if he had never left. He even started playing with our son. Thank you sooo much for taking care of our rug rats.

Country Kennels Bed and Biscuit use electric collars to train dogs. My 6 month old GSD received obedience training by them. After weeks of training, I was informed his training was complete and that I could come pick him up. When I arrived, my dog was laying on an elevated dog bed in the main office. I sat down across from my dog and waited for them to go over everything. My dog did not move. He recognized me but was too afraid to come greet me. I guess this can be interpreted as outstanding obedience, but you will have to judge for yourself when you pick up your dog after training. My dog did do everything they said he will be able to do such as heal and all the other basic obedience commands. I would not recommend this place. Invoicing needed to be clarified... I was quoted three different amounts from the booking to the initial and final boarding. I was overcharged and have yet to receive the sum refunded for the overcharge, even though boarding was 3 weeks ago. I never got an update on my dogs, which was disappointing. No pictures, no promised report cards, nothing. When I asked at pickup, I was told, "Good," and handed my dogs. This lack of communication was a letdown and contributed to the overall cold customer service experience. No one ever responded to my pre-boarding questions that I sent through the website and email.
