This place was truly awful. I would leave zero stars if it was an option. I brought my dog to get his rabies shots, and the whole experience was terrible. When they gave him his shot, they gave me no warning or the person who was holding him any warning, and hurt him. He yelped, and the needle went flying across the room. The assistant said "you should've just used the same medicine that was on the floor and just replaced the needle." That's disgusting and absolutely unacceptable behavior. The fact that most people aren't back with their pets when they bring their animals here is shady too, for them to make a comment like that makes me wonder how unsanitary they are with others pets. Thank God we were back there, or I believe they would've just picked it up off the floor and used it. His s

Do not recommend this place even a little. Vet was extremely careless and even hurt my dog when giving him a shot due to not paying attention. If you care about your animal stay away.

They took VERY good care of my cat. I called the day before and was scheduled the next day! Everyone was super friendly and it was a great atmosphere! Mr.Boyd got all his shots and neutering for a very reasonable price and the veterinarian was extremely nice. She sent him home with pain meds! A lot of vets don’t unfortunately :( I can’t say enough nice things about this place and I will never take my animals anywhere else but country critters!! Thank you all for everything you do!!

Very fair prices for their services. I only take my pup here for hee shots and any care thats needed. They also run specials once in awhile so those are great as well. I always strongly recommend Country Critters. Wonderful and friendly staff. Plus when youre done you can get some popcorn

This place is great! If you have a lot of animals, those annual vet visits and immunizations can really add up. This place has the best prices I've found in the Hardin County area. The staff are always friendly and helpful and never try to push things on you just to make more money. Plus it's attached to Rural king, so you can take your animals in the store before or after your appointment to do your shopping.
