We dropped our three dogs ( a husky 3yrs, a chocolate lab 6yrs old and a lab mix 3yrs old) off on July 26th early in the AM before we left for vacation, so if there was any issue they could contact us before we head out since our dogs have NEVER BEEN boarded before. They didn't contact us at ALL not even when we were on vacation to say there was an issue. When we returned to pick up our dogs I had asked if they can groom them before hand, they said no they didn't have time and the groomer isn't there on Tuesdays. Not knowing that the actual reason is because they were afraid of our dogs. They didn't even tell me there was issues with the dogs when I had called. It wasn't until my husband and oldest son went to pick them up that they told my husband that all three of the dog were "growling"
I have boarded my pet with Country Club Kennels for years. I NEVER had an issue and staff is very caring, knowledgeable with their pets. Each time when dropping off my pet, they will always note any issues or concerns pet owner may have at office and at drop off point. Debbie has always been respectful to me during every contact. Also, if you’re concerned, you can always call to do a check up.. I always feel at ease with my pets care and would highly recommend Country Club Kennels for boarding
I have been going here for years. They have been fantastic with all of my dogs. HIGHLY recommend this place. They are great with the animals and great people.
Used Country Club Kennels exclusively for my best friend (Wizard - Lab mix) during his final 10years, even though an hour round trip. Never a complaint. Debbie and staff were always caring and understanding. Kenneled elsewhere once and he came home with Kennel Cough. He was always eager to return to Country Club. I never considered cost, wanting the best for my dog.
We have boarded our dogs with Country Club kennels for years and have NEVER had a problem ! The owners, Debbie and Don are caring individuals and always ready to answer questions or phone calls when we are away ! We feel very comfortable leaving our pups with them !❤️
