Country Club Animal Hospital

This place has a front desk grinch named Nikki, I have been here once. I adopted a pet from the local shelter and decided to run his basic medical needs through this sorry grumpy hospital. The services that were provided for my pet were acceptable but the customer service sucks out right. Nikki has treated me and my wife as if we are clueless pet owners and made us feel insulted. I had another interaction with them recently. I had called to get information on the cost for an exam for a kitten I recently rehomed. I was met with on the phone with Nikki and at first she seemed to be in a decent mood untill I started to ask questions. She responded to me in a very disgusting and disrespectful manner my wife hung up the phone. Cross Country Animal Hospital your customer service members suck. Yo

Dr. Courtney and her staff was absolutely awesome! We are traveling and needed a f/u for our dog, Shelby, who had a uti and crystals. They exceeded our expectations and then some. We wish she could be our full time vet. They all were friendly, spent time with us and our dog. We weren't on an assembly line.

Absolutely fantastic! Took fabulous care of our boys, which included an eye surgery and an extended stay! And at a price that beat anyone else we had gone to! We couldn't be more grateful!

Great, well-rounded care with reasonable prices and prompt scheduling! I've taken 3 separate pets here (a dog, a cat, a bird for an emergency) and not one has come back with issue, in a funk from the stay, or without a thorough check out/directions for after care 😊 Facility is also kept very clean 👍

My baby 14 year old girl had a few rough nights and I was sleepless because of it as well. I came here nervous and afraid I was gonna get treated bad by the staff since other veterinarian offices have in the past. I’m known to be emotional when it comes to my pets. But the staff here was amazing. Dr Courteney Walker was so caring and kind. Treated me with respect and compassion and was very sweet with my girl. The staff was also really helpful and sweet. I felt at ease and comfortable and I was more than willing to make appointments in the future with her. I’m going to make this my go to veterinarian office!! Thank you :))
