Council Veterinary Hospital

My sons puppy Zhuri went for her 1st vet visit this week. She love the attention and love. My Son told me in the car "I really like them, she can go back there. They're nice!" Dr Know and everyone in office was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I had so many questions and Dr Knox was very patient and gave me all the answers we needed to keep Zhuri happy! A Happy Puppy and Son is a Happy Home!!!

We are so grateful to have found the best vet and staff ever. They take such amazing care of our older dog, treating her with gentleness and patience. It’s clear they genuinely care—not just about her health, but about her comfort and quality of life. They listen, explain everything clearly, and NEVER rush us. The vets compassion, knowledge, and dedication give us so much peace of mind. We truly couldn’t ask for a better vet and team!! They are outstanding!

I was very pleased with my first experience at Council Veterinary Hospital! I brought in a stray kitten to get checked for a chip and a wellness visit that I decided to keep. It's my first pet kitty, and Dr. Knox and all her staff spent time with me to make sure all my questions were answered. They were very transparent about costs and confirmed with me before any service was added. It was towards the end of the day and they were running behind on appointments, but each staff member acknowledged and apologize for the wait. I plan to use them as my permanent vet for both my new kitty and dog!

I paid $375 to have my dog groomed while sedated. This is what they did to my dog. DO NOT go here. They are incompetent and a rip off. The absolutely WORST experience I’ve ever had with a vet!!!! Not only that, they scheduled us for a dental procedure when the vet was on vacation. Dr Vaughn seems nice and caring but the rest of the office is a clown show.

So peaceful. They are kind and good people to work with. So k8nd to my spastic kitty. Thank you so much.
