Absolute rock stars in that clinic. We thought for sure we were losing our pup but the staff never gave up!! This morning, we thought we were going to have to say goodbye to our most perfect 3 year old fur baby but Dr Freiwald and Dr Leckie were determined to get to the bottom of this and they did!! They started on Wednesday and she kept going downhill but they dug in and got answers. Forever grateful for the whole staff. You all should be very proud of yourselves! We will never go anywhere else!

They have a huge waiting area and the counter is far away from the door and seating area so you're not trying to check in your pet right next to others. The staff is very welcoming! I also love the consideration for our pets. I brought in our very scared kitten that we rescued from outdoors this winter and they were so lovely with her and even had a separate room for the cats so they could settle. I don't believe the visit would have gone nearly as well as it did without that room and such a thoughtful staff taking care of her.

Our dog, Rusty and our family received the most genuine, caring, compassionate care from Dr. Miller this past weekend. Forever grateful.

Very impressed! We were driving through heading to our vet for a scheduled c section on Monday. During the drive, she went into active labor and needed an emergency c section. The vet and the tech came right away (10pm on Sunday 4/13) and got to work! They were both incredibly professional and kind. Because of them we were able to save my girl and her pups! Thank you!! ETA: despite being an emergency surgery during off hours, the price was very fair!

If i could give it zero stars i would. I would first like to state i had prior authorization for paying around the first of February. Because you have 120 days before it goes into collections. They continued to blow up my email telling me that i had a unpaid balance when i repeatedly told them when i would be paying and that it was agreed upon prior to the visit they also kept mentioning disposing my dogs ashes throughout the emails. When i went in this morning they didn’t greet me they were more so ignoring me answering 3+ calls before helping me. Hen process to be very rude and having a attitude about me paying the bill and picking up my dogs ash's they also were supposed to including a paw print and failed to do so when I repeatedly requested and stated i want one at the visit.
