Vet Tech and Dr ultimately were attentive and kind however, whole experience is tainted by the rude lady who identified herself as the receptionist. Initially, she’s dismissive and rude on the phone upon arrived. When I entered the clinic, she entered the room and started what I perceived as barking out instructions about giving my dog Benadryl. I asked who she was, and she said she was the receptionist, probably the same receptionist that on all of the low star reviews is being referred to as rude and dismissive just as I found her to be . I told her I’d like the dog to be examined by the doctor at least. She kept ranting about having told us this before because my dog was in the clinic approximately a year ago with similar symptoms.( ear infection) . The vet Tech came in the room and ap

I've been bringing my cat here for years and the staff are always great with him. The vets are amazing very knowledgeable and genuinely care about your pet. Highly recommend this clinic. Appointment are not hard to get its usually two weeks out for drop offs.

my cat had a medical problem DAYS before i went out of state. having no recent records since he was a rescue, i was not able to board him at a medical place. I called what felt like every vet in town and this place was the only place to get him in ASAP and get him the help he needed. they took incredible care of him and eased my mind in so many ways. he is all better now thanks to Corrales Veterinary clinic 💗💗💗

I reached out to this veterinary clinic based on a recommendation from a friend, hoping to have my dog seen. Unfortunately, my experience with Heather, who answered the phone, was not pleasant. She came across as unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced while scheduling the appointment.
