Wonderful service. My dog was sick and older and very concerned. My vet said in a week they could get him in. Drove to urbana for the walk in clinic from 8 to 9. The staff was was wonderful and the price was unbelievable. My vet would have charged me 5x the amount. I will make the drive for this wonderful veterinary!

The older lady can be a real pain to deal with. Here I have a 17 year old Beagle that has bad arthritis. I don't like hauling him in there . However the lady tried to tell me they haven't seen my dog since 2024 2 years ago. He takes phenobarbital for seizures. He gets a prescription there and only a couple months prescription at a time. About 90 days. I said ma'am obviously you are wrong I was in there couple months ago and he had a checkup the time before this prescription. She was trying to set up another check up. I said your wrong anyway just freaking ridiculous. She was on the phone and to deal with now a few times. When this dog passes I will find another vet.

Quick, efficient and affordable! Vet was personable and showed a caring and professional manner with my pups. Vet tech assisted and was friendly. Front desk on the ball. Will return for my care.

Unfortunately my review is based solely on being unable to get a hold of anyone by phone or email. How is this facility rated well if they can't return a call or message? Veterinary care in this part of Indiana is incredibly lacking. It really seems less about the well being of animals and more about convenience and money. This place was referred to us by a friend because the vets in Fort Wayne are awful, every conversation is about money versus what can be done for the animal. Some of us love our pets and want to take care of them, but it's difficult when you can't even get ahold of someone to examine them, let alone perform a much needed surgery.

Lady on the phone was rude, condescending and should not be speaking directly with the public. Heard nothing but good things from people until my own experience brought me here to share my not so friendly experience. I recommend somewhere that doesn't value one animals life based on what they cost vs another that was free.
