This was a hard edit, we love this place, and would receive more credit/stars but sadly with the way the ladies treat us every time we are in, i cannot. The ladies here are very short and rude with us every time we are here. Every single time. However, that said, the male staff, (all three actual veterinarians), has been phenomenal, we love Dr. Brandon Pauly, he's very knowledgeable and really cares. We drive over an hour for our doggos to see him. Don't let the three stars fool you, if you can deal with the attitudes up front, this is an excellent place to have your animals cared for
All of the staff is very friendly! The doctors are very patient and listen to any concerns. The prices are also very fair, and they offer a discount if you pay in cash! I’d highly recommend making the drive from Wichita to take your pet to Conway Springs Vet!
We took our cat for a teeth cleaning and the staff were transparent about timing, price, and instructions. We are very happy with the service. Florence is grouchy because she apparently liked having dirty teeth.
Taken my dog and cat here and all the staff are wonderful. Even though it’s not my dogs favorite place in the world….he loves all the pets he can get.
I had been taking my dog here for 3 yrs. He has been suffering from something that is chronic for these 3 years. It seemed like allergies to me but what do I know? Runny eyes, itchy skin and ears and weight gain. His weight gain is not because he is neutered or because he over eats. And not his GD thyroid. Up until this spring he was given the same thing a steroid or antibiotics and an ear wash which was just a temporary relief allergy pills that did nothing for him. For 2 year I tried to ask questions about the dog food because of all the chemicals and preservatives in each bag i read and basically I was ignored or brushed off. I was never given any direction. I really feel like they didnt care and was fed up with there nonsense and started looking for another place to seek help not tha
