Nice store and great customer service. On another note, please clean the baby's litter box and make sure they always have water. The bowls are empty. One kitten looked exhausted.

The store associate ask if I needed help and he took me right to the product, I appreciate him helping me find the items I was looking for, he also called the the Concord Pet in Branmar plaza for me bc they had 3 items I needed on 202. I was able to pick up the 4th at Branmar

I want to honor JoJo at Concord Pet , and the ever so polite and friendly cashier, Kellen ..whose smile lights up the store. I was in there months ago searching for something to help our little Maltese who is aging and has anxiety due to dementia. Jo Jo spotted me and asked a few questions then immediately showed me a product. I showed my vet and he agreed, adding the Calming Aid with melatonin to Richie’s daily routine with Composure supplement! Yesterday, I arrived and learned they out of order but Jo Jo quickly checked and I learned the Calming Aid would be delivered later that day..just as promised Jo Jo called me and I drove over to pick up . The staff were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful when I explained I was worried my cat was losing too much weight and wanted to buy some wet food for digestion help. Will definitely be going back here again if I need anything in a pinch!
