Concord Pet Foods & Supplies

Christmas Eve by a long shot I swung on over to concord pet for a last minute item for my puppers. I respect the fact that they were closed, why I didnt respect or appreciate was the young man who locked the door on my face without saying a word. I said oh your closed he said yes and rudely walked away. I feel like had I not spoke to him he would have walked away and not say anything. He should be taught better customer service skills.

There website it absolutely terrible when it come to trying to find out if they have something in stock for an aquarium thats and emergency

Very disappointing, I go to this pet store for 2 reasons. 1.) I support family own businesses. 2.) I own a house not to for from suburban Plaza. I will never come to this store again. 2/1/25 around 6:30p.m. I went to this store for kitten food Hill Science, which is usually 21.00 dollars the price tonight was well over 25.00. As I walked in a very petite young lady whom looked as if she was a boy just stared at me. After looking at the very hike in price I decided to go else where. I was looked at by the person behind the counter as if I was the weird one. I'm a black woman only wanting to buy pet food. As I was leaving I call my husband to let him know of the high price hike, and unfortunately I was going to a corporate pet store to see if there was a different variety and pric

The kids at the counter have absolutely no customer service skills and no clue how to talk to people. I love that this is a family-owned business, but teach these kids how to communicate with customers before they run everyone off.
