It's a great place to get dog food and bones. My dog Marlee is picky on what she likes to chew on. She will devour a bully stick in 5 minutes. So I ended up getting her Redbarn Kneecaps. They have plenty of stuff on the outside for her to nibble on. I suggest giving your dog this and letting them go outside because it makes a little bit of a mess, but they love it, and it will last for days and days. Very friendly people at this Concord Pet store. Very knowledgeable and welcoming

A lot of choice for most things and very reasonable prices.

I used to go more often. It's a 35 minute drive for me, but from now on I'll drive ANOTHER 30 minutes to a much friendlier store in Camden. Concord has a huge selection of dog food and supplies. But I always feel like I'm bothering the staff who are busy chitchatting with each other or on their phones behind the counter. Total disinterest in the customer's needs. After my experience with a girl there last Thursday I won't be going back. Very condescending attitude and an unfriendly vibe. Concord, your staff is sorely lacking in customer service skills.
