The selection is awesome. They have quality products in a great variety and pretty much anything you’re looking for — unless it’s friendly service. Too many times I’ve been in and been met with a surly, wish-I-was-anywhere-but-here attitude from staff (not all, of course). And it was not super busy any of those times.

Some miserable kid working there. No smiles and univiting. Everyone else seemed nice. If you don’t like customers, go find another job

I love shopping here. They gave me recommendations for food that would help with my three large dogs shedding, they always carry my large bags of kibble and cases of wet food to the truck for me, and once a year they have a 50%off sale on everything in the store!

We brought our new puppy to Concord Pet, and she loved walking around sniffing for the perfect treat. It's much less intimidating than the big box pet stores, and we found exactly what we wanted. Parking was available right near the door, which made it very convenient.

This store is my go to store for all my pets food. I am usually greeted by Steve and always ask what he can help me with today. I went in there. There Was 4 Teenage kids at the counter neither one of them greeted me. No big deal, but I walked around for almost 40 minutes looking for something neither one of them asked to help I went upfront to ask him for something I was looking for they told me with an attitude. They don’t carry it to try another store. I’ll be taking my business to Petsmart.
