bugs, mouse urine, & feces covered the entire reptile aisle. had small bugs crawling on my hands after putting the “merchandise” back on the shelf. not risking taking bugs home or have the smell of mouse urine anywhere near my car. absolutely embarrassing.

The BBB needs to be called ASAP. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. There is mouse feces all over everything. Smells like urine through the whole store. There was actually some kind of rodent pump sprayer laying on the floor near the dog food. Under shelves, atop of shelves on bags of food all feces. Why hasn’t the county inspector shut this store down?

wow… this store is overly disgusting. you would think you were there to purchase a mouse for as many you see FREELY roaming. anything from this store would poison your pet. i’m so disappointed..

Bugs in the food then the clerck said can't refund without receipt. I found it But my cc shoulda pulled right up 28 years.always used to shop there.

I went in there yesterday, after adopting a Texas pup from the BSPCA. The 2 females I saw were sitting behind the counter on their phones. Went to try and find pee pads, I have never bought, finally went back up to counter, they had no idea I was standing there, I had to go to the side, where they would see me. Asked where I could find pee pads, instead of showing me, she said if we have any look down that aisle. Will never go back, if I wasn't in a hurry, I would have just ordered of Amazon.
