Concord Animal Hospital

We’ve had multiple dogs be cared for by the concord animal hospital and have always felt very well taken care of. Our dogs are members of the family and we fully trust the vets of CAH. Most recently, our dog had a stubborn ear infection and our vet was so persistent and thoughtful in making sure the infection was fully addressed. I appreciate how she stuck with us and never felt alone in making sure our beloved Ruby was healthy.

I cannot recommend Concord Animal Hospital and Dr. Wilson highly enough. I recently brought in my Corgi for an injury, and the level of care we received was truly exceptional. Dr. Wilson is terrific—he was incredibly thoughtful and thorough during the examination, treating my dog with such gentleness and expertise. What I appreciated most was how he followed up the exam with a very clear, supportive plan of care. He took the time to explain everything, ensuring I felt confident in the next steps for my dog’s recovery. The entire staff deserves praise as well. From the moment we walked in, everyone was helpful and kind. They went out of their way to create a comfortable, stress-free experience for both my dog and me. I initially went to Concord just to have my Boxer pup spayed laparoscopically. They are one of the only ones I know of in the area that do lap spays. I live in Burlington so Concord is a bit of a drive. My experience here was exceptional. The front desk staff are incredibly sweet and comforting. The vet techs are amazing. Dr Fritz is incredibly knowledgable, professional and personable. I work in the health care industry and they really have patient care processes down (ease of making appointments, thorough examinations and explanations, follow up post-care phone calls). I was so impressed that I transferred both of my fur babies here. It’s worth a few more minutes in the car to know my girls are in the best hands.

My dogs have been with Concord Animal Hospital for years and you couldn’t have a more thoughtful caring group of people in your corner. The tech advancements they have made make it easy to access people for questions, set appointments, and get results. Thank you team!

This is my favorite vet in all of MA. Most caring staff, vet spends as much time with you as you need! You leave feeling like all of your questions and concerned were heard. Having pets isn’t cheap, but at CAH the value for the care you get is a 10/10
