Nothing compassionate here. It's all about the money, crank em in. Too many customers caused quality to tank. Tests took twice as long as was told. Took a week for a medicine order. After 3 weeks a sick dog gets better on its own. Totally disgusted

I just called to try to get my feral cat seen for an oral infection.The person I spoke with informed me that they are not seeing ferals because to many of their vets are getting hurt.I told her he was very friendly.She replied that they could not take him and were booked up till January. I didn't hear any compassion in her voice at all for cats situation. Maybe they should change the name of their facility.

Brought our giant flemish rabbit there today, fantastic experience. Doctor and vet staff, we're so kind. We're very upfront about pricing before anything was done. And the pricing was very fair. We were also given multiple options of care, also with the pricing. Will absolutely be using them for all our exotic pet needs.

The doctor we have seen was always nice and understanding of our very anxious pup. The front desk and vet techs have mostly all been incredibly miserable and rude. Did not feel welcome to be there or get good vibes so for that reason we left.

They always take great care of my 2 boys, I'm super thankful that they offer reasonable prices for ferrets. Everyone there is always super friendly!
