Compassion Vet Hospital

We have been to Compassion for our pet's needs over the years since they opened. We were new in having our dog go to the daycare they had a few years ago and were so sad when that closed! Recently, we came in for our pets nails,etc..and were greeted and welcomed warmly by all the staff, especially Ashlee. I would really like to thank the staff member who did the nail trim. I am sorry I did not get her name. She did a fantastic job and made our older dog feel so comfortable. We will not hesitate to return to this wonderful, local and most importantly,caring vet practice! They are ALL so caring to both pets (and owners!)

I recently found Compassionate Care after my Shih Tzu being misdiagnosed by 2 other clinics. They are the kindest staff both to my Jack and to me. Unfortunately, Jack had too many issues at that point to continue living a healthy and pain free life and I had to let him go. Their name says it all. They are truly compassionate and go the extra mile to make this hard decision as meaningful and painless as possible. I highly recommend Compassionate Care for all your beloved pets needs.

I just really wanted to thank compassionate vet events that unfolded today. Today was especially hard day for us. Our beloved dog was struck by a truck on our road. Although we did try to get him to the vet as soon as possible, he unfortunately passed away. When I entered the veterinarian hospital I was covered in blood. I was crying saying save my dog. The staff took him immediately in the back room along with the veterinarian. He was pronounced dead. The staff there is amazing. They had no idea that we were on our way. We were in shock. I have to tell you that this veterinarian hospital has a lot of class and compassion for animals and I would recommend it to anyone. Even though they were not able to help us save our furr baby they gave us time in a room with him, we shortly left with

Called Compassion this morning when my dog Lily had a sudden issue with her tail causing her pain and distress. Lily hadn’t been here before and they were still able to get her in anyway, same day. Amazing! Lily is nervous and a little hyper, and while other vet offices have met her with annoyance and irritation, the vet Dr. Sarah Mills and all the staff were incredibly kind, patient and professional. So thankful to find people that genuinely care and show compassion and kindness to pets and their owners. Happy to have found our new vet!

This facility is run efficiently by the most friendly Staff! My first review was several years ago and thought it's time for an update. -- On my way to bring my dog for checkups and last minute injuries, I pass several other veterinary offices. This is because I've experience overcharging and inauthentic care by others in the past; so maybe I have baggage? But Compassion Veterinary Hospital has never let me down. I understand that all businesses have problems sometimes but I simply have not had that here. Most recently, I had to let my companion of 15 years go...it was a tough one, still is. I won't go into further details but if there was any relief in the situation, it came from the Staff here. They did things for me that touched my heart and I will never forget that. Thank you. Peter
