We moved from San Diego to Oregon and you know what I miss most besides my friends? My vet. Dr. Satowski is the kindest and most knowledgeable vet you will ever find. Over the years she saved the lives of two of our dogs, and was more than compassionate when we had to put our beloved rag doll cat to sleep. It’s getting to be the time when we need to send our beloved pug across the rainbow bridge and of course we are putting it off. I just wish I had Dr. Satowski to help us through it, she is absolutely the best.

My jack russel/dachshund mix had a very bad cough starting about two nights ago. My husband was very concerned as he was with her this morning and found this center who was willing to take Courage in within two hours. The vet was the only thing, besides my husband and my dog, that kept me from breaking down completely. She was wise in asking questions that would guide informed answers, and I think what I respect the most was that she was not afraid to say "I don't know, I need more information ".. that is a huge data point for me and she gained all my respect by being honest. we are in a treatment plan, and the staff and managers were all so kind to my anxious dog (and a very anxious me. ) we will be visiting again for results from a blood work up, and I feel so at ease knowing my dog is

Stay FAR away from this vet. Michalena was extremely rude and aggressive towards my mother when we came to put our dog to sleep. My mom was clearly emotional and was having cold feet, as any loving pet owner would. She came into the room and shamed us for it instead of providing comfort. She has ZERO compassion. When it came time to do it, she injected the entire vial all at once causing him to squeal before he passed. Any professional vet should know that you’re supposed to sedate the animal first and then continue with the rest. We had no chance to give him one last hug and my dog had no chance to close his eyes. My mother is now traumatized because of this terrible experience. And I’m sick to my stomach because of this vet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Companion care has been the best vet office I've ever been too and the only one I've stuck with. They probably saved my dogs life on one occasion when she had pancreatitis. When my dog passed away they sent me a really nice card that they all signed. Good people, don't over charge, and very caring.

Our ten year old dachshund Dolly had an allergic reaction to her 3 year DHPP shot. It was the first time she had had a reaction so naturally we were very concerned. Called in 10 minutes to close and was greeted by a very compassionate voice telling us to bring her in. When we arrived they immediately gave us a room and the Doctor was there within minutes. Dolly had progressed to a full breakout with extremely visible hives and puffy pink eyes. They injected her with an anti-allergin and she immediately began calming down, subsiding hives, and her eyes returned to normal. These guys are the BEST vets in the area hands down. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
