Unprofessional and rude! They charged my Mom a fee for not showing up for a grooming appt. She was very sick and that's why. She had been a customer for almost 5 years and not only did they charge her for the appointment; they sent the new groomer an email stating they will not send any vaccination records because my Mom owed them money. --which is illegal in the state of Iowa. This email was by Brie after I requested records to be sent to the new groomer. AND---they didn't even send it to me. The new groomer did!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! RUDE!!! And how about embarrassment to my Mom??!!! We moved --- the reason we had find a groomer. Now, I would never recommend these people to anyone!!

My family recently moved to Iowa from Arizona and wanted to get out dog neutered, we spoke with Bri and scheduled the appointment it was pretty easy. we scheduled him for noon time the following Thursday, when we showed up to our appointment they said we had to be there by 730am for a neuter we told them we weren't aware of that and they told us to be there at noon. Bri looked at us,as if we were crazy and only offered that we could reschedule for a spot weeks later. We were confused and a little shocked as we were not told to be there earlier and didn't receive any emails or follow up/reminder phone calls to give us a heads up so we went to a different clinic in Ames who was very professional and explained that our dog would need to vast prior to the operation. Like, I've told others that have gone to this clinic that they are the best. They will help your dog any questions you have. They will answer and they can. Solve almost anything you've got wrong with your dog. My dog had an overgrowth of his gums. Around his teeth, because he's a boxer, they did a great job. Getting all that removed still pricey, but it was good for the dog that that got fixed

Dr. Pleis and her staff are wonderful! They are caring and compassionate, and truly make an effort to connect with my pup while keeping her as relaxed as possible. Vet appointments have never been easier on myself and my dog. I started going here on a recommendation from a neighbor, and am more than happy to pass that recommendation along to others! The superb level of care paired with very reasonable prices are unmatched!

I never write reviews, but has to for this one. Starting off, we needed to say goodbye to one of our furry friends and did not want to take her to her usual vet that was also in town. Had and also heard stories of some very bad experiences and wanted to make sure she would be in good hands. Called Nevada community vet to see if they would put her to rest, never have seen her before, and they said yes. When we took our cat in we were taken by surprise on how welcoming and sympathetic everyone was to us. They gave us time alone to say goodbye and was thorough with the whole process.
