JESS IS THE BESTEST! My boys are small, she takes them together. Love the report cards of what they got for product and how they did. It is very vermont...meaning don't judge books by covers! She goes out of her way to make them and me comfortable. The ties they come home with and the attention she gives them is top notch. Gentle, kind, and caring.

I highly recommend Comfy Cozy Pet Salon! My dog is an anxious guy and I have always given him baths at home, however, we recently moved and the new apartment doesn't have a tub that will accommodate my 60 lb black lab mix. I was very nervous about how my dog would handle a salon visit, but he did amazing! At first he wouldn't let Jess pet him when I walked in but by the time I came back to pick him up, he was throwing himself on the floor in front of her begging for belly rubs! And the best part was that he smells the best he ever has! 😆 Thank you, Jess! 🐾

Jess is top notch in our books!! My golden retriever Perry can be quite selective with whom grooms him and he jumps right out of the jeep when we arrive to see her!! Jess does ear cleaning as well as teeth brushing not all groomers do this very important service!! Jess does an impeccable job A++++

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback on the absolutely amazing grooming services provided by Jessica. Her attention to detail during the grooming process is simply fantastic. She has a gentle and caring attitude towards my energetic puppy, and it's clear how relaxed and happy he is after each session. He actually appears proud of his look when I pick him up. Despite my pup's not-so-calm and cooperative nature, Jessica's precise execution is always top-notch. She keeps clear communication with me to understand both my and my pup’s needs, which truly makes the whole experience positive. Her calm, patient, and gentle demeanor really showcases her skill and dedication. I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care she provides.

I am so pleased with my pups first visit and have already booked a second! My timid girl usually runs the other way at new places, but not at Comfy Cozy! Jess also worked magic on my girls overgrown shelter nails 💅
