If give 6 stars if I could! Columbia City became our vet with a recent move to Seattle. They were referred to us by a client. I absolutely love this vet office and their entire staff. We have a medically complex cat and they have been kind, reasonable and empathetic. They are very clear and up front about costs and have never made me feel guilty about our finances affecting care decisions. They are also incredibly responsive to messages as well, and we never have to wait long to get an appointment as well. I can’t say enough good things about Columbia City Animal Hospital!

Kind, attentive, knowledgeable. When the day came we needed to let our 16 year old Shih Tzu go our vet cried with us. The care we received was truly heart warming. The level of compassion and care is amazing.

My dog Fiona gets exceptional care at this clinic. Not only does she receive excellent medical care, I feel like the vets and techs always go above and beyond to communicate thoroughly. Fiona has some tumors that required a referral and requires some collective care between clinics. I feel like the vets here make all of that easier on us, and seem to really keep track of Fiona's healthcare and manage things for us. For example, I was surprised to learn the vet at CCV had called the oncologist to consult about Fiona when some lab tests came back. Usually, you'd have to piece all that together and manage your pets care. They also manage to get her in urgently when needed, answer my millons of questions, and are always responsive to inquiries. Oh, and they always shuffle Fiona into a room,

Amazing doctors! They were INCREDIBLY responsive to a single customer service issue that my family and I experienced. Our puppy is doing SO much better because of their diligence, care, passion, and integrity in caring for animals.

We followed Dr. Dertinger from a previous clinic. Dr. Dertinger was the only vet that allowed our anxious Rambo to look in his ears. He has tried biting, growling , and lunged at other vets who have sat down on the ground with him. But Dr. D…she is a true angel! She always takes time with you and I never feel rushed. Columbia city has been amazing. Last minute emergent visits , to routine check up appointments , neuters, and other mishaps . We are so grateful for all of you . And although we moved 45 minutes south of you …we always make the drive back ! Thank you for all you do ! We love y’all !! 🥰🥰🥰
