On 10/10/2025, we had to put our 6 and 1/2 year old Beagle/Bluetick coonhound down due to complications from his cancer. All of the staff including Dr. Baker have been extremely fantastic with him throughout his whole life. He wasn't the easiest boy to do things with but they were always so patient and kind, even up to the end. I truly can not thank the staff enough for loving him just as much as we do and taking the best care of him. I wouldn't want anybody else to care for my current or future pets than the people that work here. You all are truly amazing and I am so grateful for every single one of you! Thank you for all of your hardwork! It definitely does not go unnoticed!
Columbia animal clinic is really the best. They take such great care of my cat and everyone there is so nice. They really care about doing a good job for your beloved pet. You can tell the place is really full of animal lovers. Whenever I've had a pet emergency and taken my cat there, they made me feel so much better and they will even text you and follow up, asking how your animal is doing. Im kind of a neurotic cat mom, and I felt so good about the care my boy received here. Thank you guys!
Taking our animals here is always very smooth and efficient, even with our more nervous dog, Dr. Engel did a house call for us well after hours and in spite of her own personal inconvenience(it was late and on a weekend)-we still are so appreciative of that. They're also very reasonably priced, medically thorough, easy parking, compassionate and accommodating, my family has nothing but good things to say.
Wow!! I called with a bunch of questions about my pup. I’m not even with them but Jennifer took a bit of time out of her day to talk things over with me on things I wasn’t clear about from my vet I have now. My vet (won’t name them) just gave me a bunch of pills, didn’t explain anything and sent me on my way. 247$ later I’m looking into it. Jennifer is amazing. I will be switching vets ASAP WONDERFUL LADY
Very great place they really know how to deal with scared and aggressive animals here. Had an excellent first visit with both my dogs separately after transferring from a clinic in ann arbor and do not regret it. Prices are competitive and I was really relieved about our bill.
