We recently adopted a 12 year old cat from the county shelter and needed to get a second opinion on the results of his bloodwork. Every part of our experience with Cologne Animal Hospital was pleasant, and I could tell almost immediately that they would provide outstanding care for our little Teddy. Our technician, Bridget, was very knowledgeable and kind. She treated our cat like he was her own and it was very clear that she has a profound dedication to caring for animals. Our veterinarian, Dr. Morgan, was just as outstanding. She and Bridget sat on the floor with us so Teddy could feel more comfortable, and they were extremely considerate of his condition when handling him. Friendly and attentive staff with a thorough and compassionate veterinarian who genuinely loves pets. Taking your pet to the vet who is injured or sick is very stressful. From the initial phone call, to the visit, and eventual surgery, the staff at Cologne Animal Hospital were caring, compassionate, and competent. My 13 year old cat received the best care and is currently recovering. They were very accommodating and quick in scheduling the procedure. I know they care about my cat and could not be more satisfied. Thank you Dr. Hagen and team!

Dr. Morgan and the entire staff here is wonderful. If I could score them higher, I would. They love what they do and are so thorough. They are also accommodating with scheduling. They truly do all they possibly can to make sure your pet is taken care of.

The pup and I had an excellent experience with Cologne Animal Hospital. An infected ear required immediate attention. The staff kept pup comfortable while the treatment was done in the most caring manner. We could not be more satisfied with CAH.
