I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic due to a lack of price transparency. I scheduled a cat neuter examination, and at no point during the booking or visit was I informed of any consultation or exam fee. After the appointment, I was charged $90 without prior notice or approval. What was even more concerning was being quoted around $1,000 for a cat neuter procedure, which is far above typical pricing and was given without a clear cost breakdown or explanation. Veterinary care is expensive enough, and clients deserve clear, upfront communication about costs before services are provided. Unfortunately, that transparency was missing here. I would strongly advise others to ask for written estimates before proceeding with any appointment at this clinic.

I used Colleyville Animal Clinic in the past for my senior cat. Dr. Blick did a great job caring for her. Now we have a new puppy and decided to come back to the clinic! We are super excited to be back. Dolly loves the staff. Update: Our Aussie unfortunately got pancreatitis this holiday season and might have found a potential heart issue during our ER visit. Of course we came to follow up with our regular vet here at Colleyville Animal Clinic. Always great service with the front desk and the vet answers all our questions, especially when we need to make a decision on how to proceed in the future.

I absolutely love this veterinary office!! My family and I have used them for years which includes our most recent three dogs who have all passed in the last five years. If I named every positive thing that transpired with our three animals that the clinic has helped us out with, this will turn into a novel. Let’s just say they were more than generous and took really good care of our animals and our family through the tough times when we had to put our dogs down after their long beautiful lives. We now have a new puppy and two cats who are also patients at the clinic. Not only do they offer veterinary services they also offer spa and boarding services. At really reasonable prices especially when compared to other places. And the staff is always so sweet. We took our oldest cat Larry

Colleyville Animal Clinic has been our choice of vets for at least 10 years now. Always kind, thorough and truly care about your pets and the client. Through happy times and hard decisions, the nurses and doctors listen and are honest, informed and kind. It's not uncommon for a doctor or nurse to call and check in a day or two later, after an appointment with a sick pet. The front desk always works with our schedule, to get us in as soon as possible.
