I was really disappointed with our recent grooming experience here. My dog came back with her face cut much shorter than expected, and the staff made negative comments about her behavior. They also finished her appointment unusually fast, which made me question how comfortable she was during the process. I understand grooming can be challenging, but pets deserve patience and care. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. I won’t be returning, and I hope the staff can approach future dogs with more compassion.

The lady cutting a big dogs fur was rude. We drove from osceola appointment was at 1:30 i was there at 1:20 she asked if I got my my message saying she had to cancel. I had no message my husband did right after I got there so a 10 minute cancelation. I dont recommend someone that rude with no cares about animals its a warm day out. Plus my wasted gas. Unprofessional if you ask.me. Now my husband is getting harassing text from her because the way I talked to her. My dog is loved and taking care of. Maybe she should worry more about the school she pulls up to the front where kids are released with a cigarettehanging out while picking a child up

I came to York to visit my mother, and my dog was really in need of a grooming. I am more than satisfied by my service with my dog, Minka. Gene and Jennifer were able to squeeze me in, and they were able to give my girl an adorable look in an hour and a half and made her look so cute! Highly recommend Soggy Doggy!

This place is great! Just moved up from Georgia so this was River’s first time here. His coat looks so shiny and it’s so soft! His nails are the smoothest they’ve ever been and he’s been groomed often! When I kicked him up he was feeling so good and you could just tell she had been so kind and gentle with him! Thank you so very much for taking your time and taking such good care of my boy! You have a customer for life!

My dad was extremely satisfied with his dog’s grooming. First time to Soggy Dog and in fact was one of the best cuts his dog has had in a very long time! Answered phone right away and was able to get right in! Will go back!
