I’ve had an outstanding experience at Coldwater Veterinary Clinic since moving to the area in late summer 2025. From the very first visit, my dogs and I were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home. The veterinary care and treatments have been exceptional, and I’ve always found the scheduling process convenient and flexible. Dr. Shupe has been a wonderful partner in managing the health of my German Shepherds, providing thoughtful and expert guidance. A special thank you to Ms. Logan, our outstanding veterinary technician, and to Ms. Abby/Ila for her excellent support in the office coordinator role… they and the other wonderful techs and staff have truly made every visit a pleasure. I started going to coldwater about four months ago. They have always been able to get Mya in within 24 hours of calling them. They go above and beyond for your family member. From taking us into the X-ray room to talk about medical treatment to letting us say good bye for two hours in a room. I worked with a couple vet doctors. Each one of them listened to us and let us try a med cuz we wanted to be absolute sure nothing else was going to work. Then it came time to say rest easy to our baby! They made several nose and foot prints of everyone in the family. The whole staff signed a card! Coldwater Animal is amazing! Thank you everyone for being there and understanding and trying to make this horrible moment in our family a somewhat positive. Thank you from bottom of our hearts! ❤️❤️

This was my first visit and it was to get a second opinion. I found the Doctor and Staff to be extremely qualified and professional as well as very personable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking great care for their pets.

They take such good care of my husky!! Logan, Ceci, Brigette, Lacey and Jynna are all such sweethearts and it’s so funny watching them play with Kona! Everyone there is amazing, so attentive and not to mention hilarious! Love love love them!!! Will forever come back to Coldwater!!

My dog recently had surgery here and had some complications after.. I could not believe the compassion shown and the action taken to get him in to fix him up so quickly once the problem was recognized. He was even EXCITED to go in there today, what dog is excited to go to the vet?!.. A dog treated with so much kindness and love that the scary stuff isn’t what he thinks about when we show up. I’m so grateful to all the staff and was so impressed by the caring nature of the veterinarian. Thank you to everyone who helped my gentle giant and showed him so much love!!
