I really do not recommend this place. I took my baby Lana here about 6 times. The first few times were ok, nothing to write home about but it’s convenient to my house. The last two times my dog has come home with a swollen eye. I had to take her to the vet. I thought to myself that accidents happen. When it happens twice in a row it shows a lack of care. How does that happen twice ? I sent them an email the first time to let them know it happened and then it STILL happened again. You think they would add a note to the groomer in her profile to take extra care. Obviously the business practices are not very thorough. You shouldn’t be handling animals if you don’t have the physical ability to or the empathy. They can’t speak for themselves. There are literal open sores behind her ears and I’v

August did a wonderful job grooming my rough collie. I have been searching for a good local collie groomer and I’m so grateful I found a great one!!!! Fennel was in bad shape when I brought him here and August did an awesome job brushing him out and barely shaved anything. Was also very timely and took half the time as the previous groomer I went to. Thank you August, you’re very good at your job ❤️

My rough collie came back looking like a prince after getting groomed with August. They did SUCH an incredible job and I know Hobie is not the easiest to groom! He came back with no mats, so soft and clean, and even got his nails trimmed up. I am so impressed. Thank you so much!

Coats & Tails is a really good dog grooming service. They do a wonderful job and offer various grooming services, such as nail trimming, haircuts, and bathing, among other needs. Pet owners came and went, bringing their dogs, and have been really satisfied with their services. If you have a dog, this is a good place to take them for grooming.

Erin is a fantastic groomer! The whole crew there is very kind and helpful. My Welsh Terrier Emrys has a lot of allergies and even though it must pain Erin to shave his bottom lip and not have him be exactly breed standard Erin has never complained and Emrys always comes out looking great! They are very good at keeping us in the loop and helping us make decisions about what would be best for the groom of my pups! We have a new welshie puppy that has been mouthing Emrys nonstop and so they helped us decide to just go with a puppy style cut on Emrys for now since the puppy was causing mats on his fur. They have also done incredible puppy happy visits with our puppy Momo to get her used to the shop and grooming experience. Overall we are incredibly satisfied and will continue going back as l
