I have been going to Coat Tails for over 10 years. Dawn and her staff are like family at this point! They are trustworthy, caring and very good at what they do. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I highly recommend her and her staff.

Savannah is a 10 month German shepherd. We had called earlier in the week to get her nails trimmed for the first time (but winded up not going this day, because something came up). They had asked if she was aggressive towards other dogs, if yes they’d make sure she was the only one in the salon. When asked if she would be muzzled, we were told no. When we called again on Friday, to see when we can come, they asked the same question, same response. We asked the same question, same response. When we arrived, before entering with her we asked if she would be muzzled and asked again when we went in, we were once again told no. The woman who works there called me an a-hole for blocking her parking spot and cussed me out. Very unprofessional, I would NOT trust bringing my beloved animals anywhere NEAR someone as disrespectful or obviously very temperamental for the safety of my pets. Consider WHO would be taking care of your animals.. and I would find another place

I have used Dawn at Coattails for 13 years for both of my pups. Dawn is trustworthy, extremely talented and I cannot imagine going else! I highly recommend her and her staff caring, professional, reliable...Dawn gets all the stars!
