Coastal Paws Pet Lodge

Allison and all the staff at Coastal Paws truly are special. Somehow they manage to make everyone feel like family. I always feel confident when I leave my dog with them that he is safe, well monitored, clean and happy! He has THE best time there. There are a million boarding facilities in Houston. I drive out of my way to bring him to Coastal Paws because I trust them so much. It all boils down to how happy my pooch is when I pick him up, and how excited he is when he knows he is going there. I could not more highly recommend Coastal Paws.

This is a very nice facility with amazing care takers!! I sent Harvey my dog who has separation anxiety from me to her so we could go on vacation. I am sure he was a handful, but he was happy when I picked him up and I know he would be happy to go back!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants their fur babies to be well taken care of while they are gone!

Allison is awesome! Her and her team always take great care of our golden retriever. He loves going to hang out with her any chance he gets and as soon as he gets out of our car he knows right where to go. Thanks so much for always treating him as if he was your own.

We recently boarded our dog Charlie at Coastal Paws and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The facility was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Charlie loves playing with the other dogs and we can always tell that he had a great time and was well-cared for when we pick him up. Overall, I highly recommend Coastal Paws to anyone looking for a top-notch pet boarding experience. They truly go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service.

Left our lab there for a few days over Thanksgiving while I was in Matagorda. I was able to get all the info I needed by phone a few weeks before. I was able to register and upload vaccination records on their website. The drop off and pick up went smoothly. Very friendly owners and staff. I’ll use their service again. Update: I’ve used Coastal Paws about 5 times now and always a good experience. I had my lab there for 5 days over Thanksgiving 2022. He really enjoys being around other dogs and he came home pretty much wiped out. Overall though, the folks here are kind and professional. Zero complaints, all compliments for them.
