Coast to Coast Cardiology

Sadly, I am visiting with my second pet. The doctors at Coast to Coast are only knowledgeable and efficient, but caring and compassionate. The staff is always is a good mood and happy to help. I can’t ask for more — well, except that I never have to see them again! In the meantime, they’ve giving my kitty years we wouldn’t have otherwise had.

Dr Pelio is amazing and saved our boys life. All of the techs are wonderful and they all treat him with such great care!

Dr. Pelio and Megan were both very nice, explained what was going on with my babygirl, I was in shock, and I'm sure it showed, but they were patient with me, gave me time to absorb what I was told. Gave me a lot of info for helpful tools to monitor her as well as helped find the most pocket friendly options for her new meds. Most of all, I appreciated the honesty! It was about what was best for my sweet girl!! Thank you both so very much!!❤️

Our experience with Dr, David C. Pelio and Megan, his assistant, has been wonderful. They deserve more than five stars. It is a real blessing to visit Dr. Pelio. This veterinarian is devoted to his work, very capable, and compassionate. These people are favorites of ours and spending time with them is delightful and heartwarming. We are thankful we were fortunate enough to meet Dr. Pelio and Megan here in Santa Barbara. They are the best! We look forward to seeing them in the future. Belle and Thomas Hoger
