We had carpet installed on our first floor, stairs, and full upstairs. Extremely pleased with the work. The installers, Kevin and Dale, were very kind and efficient. Feels like a new house!

The service and attention to my flooring needs was outstanding. Michael knows his products and is willing to take the time to answer questions. I never felt rushed. Their prices are very competitive as well. After ordering, I was given updates on when to expect delivery. They carry high quality flooring and the service was incredible.

Selecting the carpeting for our newly remodeled master bedroom was a daunting task. There are so many choices available and even after doing on-line research for the right padding to choose and features to look for in carpet, I was still overwhelmed. Then I stopped by Clupper Bros. Carpet and Floor. Mike Clupper made the process so easy with his extensive knowledge and expertise in brands, etc., and even went so far as to provide budget ranges to choose from. His assistant, Juliana was equally amazing! She came to the house and with her amazing eye for design and color, was able to put together some options for me to choose from. She even took the time to order larger samples of what we had narrowed down to, to bring back to the house so we could get a better idea of how the choices

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing carpet for our home with Clupper Bros. As new home owners, we did not know what to expect, but Michael was extremely knowledgeable, in no way pushy, and respectful of our time. The installation went very well and the carpet has performed exactly to our expectations. I would recommend Clupper to anyone I know and will utilize them again when we purchase carpet in the future. Editing my original review to say that we used Clupper Bros a second time for a different part of our home. Just as he was the first time, Michael was professional, courteous, and cared about our business. I am very happy to have worked with Michael and would recommend him to anyone in the market for new carpet or flooring.
