Club Pet Resorts has been our go-to boarding choice whenever we travel. From the friendly check-in staff to the caretakers who clearly love animals, we always feel confident leaving our dog in their care. They’ve accommodated late-night and super-early-morning drop-offs without any hassle, which is a lifesaver on travel days. The facility is clean and well-organized, and pickup/drop-off times are convenient when you’re on a tight travel schedule. They even offer an airport shuttle and on-site parking if you want to leave your car there. Every trip home, our dog Goose is happy and excited..... a clear sign they were well looked after. We’ve just had a terrible experience with Club Pet and my dog hadn’t even boarded yet. I got a call from the manager only hours before my dog was due to be dropped off because they I sent them a note that I share with all care providers for my dog about his general feeding care, walking, training and commands and his overall behavior. The manager told me that after reviewing this document where I mention that my dog is an anxious dog and has leash reactivity, they decided they would not be able to “adequately care for him” and they are canceling my reservation last minute. Extremely Disappointing Experience I am very disappointed with Hellen Woodward Club Pet. I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency, and I contacted them three months before the booking date to cancel my pet’s reservation. Despite giving plenty of notice, they refused to refund my $75 deposit. It seems they are only after your money and have no consideration for their customers or understanding of personal situations. Their lack of customer service is astounding. I was a loyal client, but after this experience, I will never use their services again. Save yourself the hassle and find a more understanding and flexible boarding facility.

Dogs came back emotionally as if we never left them. That's a sign of amazing care. They are exhausted and happy. Happy dogs happy life.
