Club K9 Fremont-Sunol

We recently took our two huskies in for their behavioral screening and tour and we had an amazing first impression of the place and the staff! Garret was an exceptional tour guide - he was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. We were impressed with how clean the facilities are, both inside and outside. We could tell they put a lot of thought into the layout and the different play areas. Everything is designed to prioritize safety and that gave us peace of mind. We left feeling confident that our pups would be well taken care of here! Looking forward to future boarding/play days!

We love Club K9!!!! So do our pups, Caesar 10, Maggie May 2, and Jinx 1. They love it so much they didn't want to come home. It's a great feeling to know that our dogs are safe and sound when we go on vacation, just have them go in for a day of play or an overnight stay. The grooming is great too. Our pups not only come home happy, but freshly groomed. Happy Customer :)

We take our dog Wardell here at least 3 times a year and everytime we have been happy with the way they take care of him. And they're always quick to respond to any concerns or questions you may have. Just recently I had a question regarding an upcoming reservation and CAMILA was so quick to resolve my concern. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place to leave their fur babies.

Went in for a tour as we have been looking for a facility to board our dogs once or twice a month when we travel for tournaments for our children. On the tour, Garrett, was so friendly and thorough in his explanations. The facility is really nice, clean, welcoming, and I love how it’s tucked in away from town or lots of traffic. My dogs have not received very much socialization and the staff’s patience and guidance was very reassuring. I love that, even if the dogs cannot handle being with the group while boarding, they still get outside time with a handler in a nice big and open space.

My dog, Charlie, is extremely anxious and has separation anxiety....but you wouldn't know it when dropping him off! While he's only been a handful of times, he gets so excited to come and walks off without looking back at me! The staff are friendly and helpful, they even went above and beyond awhile back when I got stuck out of state and my in-home pet sitter didn't have availability to continue watching Charlie. Club K9 staff were responsive and worked with me and the vet office to get all necessary records and were able to accommodate an emergency drop off and stay. It was such a relief knowing Charlie was well cared for and allowed me the peace of mind to figure out how to get home!
