Cloud Nine Pet Retreat

We have boarded our pug, Tank, at Cloud Nine Resort for the past few years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. The facility itself is unbelievably clean, absolutely beautiful, and offers so much space for the animals to run, play, and relax. It’s clear how much thought and care has gone into creating such a wonderful environment. What truly sets Cloud Nine apart, though, is the staff. They are beyond amazing and consistently go the extra mile. You can immediately tell how much they genuinely love animals—it’s not just a job to them. They are incredibly organized, attentive, and always keep us informed about how Tank is doing, which gives us so much peace of mind when we’re away. We also use their grooming services, and I have to mention how incredible they are. T

Dog Boarding- We’ve been using Cloud Nine for nearly 10 years for numerous dogs. They’re very professional. They care about your dogs like their own. Our dog had a medical emergency while in their care and they handled it perfectly which saved his life. The same dog has many medical issues and I trust the staff to care for him while we are away. They do book up quickly and make sure to read their cancellation policies. I always recommend Cloud Nine to anyone locally looking for dog boarding.

Amazingly friendly staff, Coco and Jinx are always very well taken care of and in such good spirits after a stay with Cloud nine.

Amazing place that takes great care of our corgi, Winston. We know that we don't have to worry about him when we go on trips anymore because the staff at Cloud Nine takes such good care of him. We appreciate seeing updates here and there during his stay on their Facebook page. We love our dog dearly, and do not trust anyone with his care. We would recommend Cloud Nine to any pet owner!

My dog has the most wonderful experiences at Cloud 9! The staff is knowledgeable and patient with her and definitely attends to her needs. Cloud 9 has been a blessing for us and for our dog! Beautiful facility as well!
