Very happy. They were able to see me for a very short notice and time sensitive reproductive service. The environment was very welcoming and comfortable. I had to bring my two kids with me and everyone was very pleasant. Wonderful service, very professional, and just pleasant all around experience. I would definitely recommend. I’ve been at cliftwood for over 2 years now. My extended family also goes to cliftwood and that’s how I was able to find out about them. To say they’re amazing is an understatement. I’ve cried tears of sorrow, joy, desperation there and the office staff as well as the doctors and techs have always listened and assisted in areas where I could not when it comes to my fur babies. Whenever I’ve had an issue with my pets, I’ll call and they’ll always find a way to see me whether that’s squeezing me in for a drop off appointment or seeing me in a room. Whenever I’ve had a pet emergency after hours that require a vet hospital, like blue pearl, I’ll have a staff member, typically Rebecca, calling me asking me if everything is okay afterwards. ABSOLUTELY the BEST in ATL. For us it is a THREE hour drive (NC) to go to her and is 100000% worth it. Most recently we took our Frenchie in to have xrays done to get a puppy count, they said 6 or 7 (the 7th was up higher and wasn't very clear). Well we went in several more times to try to determine when to do the csection. We went in on a Saturday expecting to be told that she wasn't going to be ready till Monday or Tuesday, based on other pg results. They got the results and checked the heartbeats too. Surprise! She was ready to have them THAT day! Dr. Kestle had already gone home for the day, her staff called her and she was in the office within half an hour and delivered 7 very healthy Frenchie puppies. This place used to be great years ago, I’m not sure what happened. I brought my dog in to get routine checkup and update her vaccines, but they found some pus discharge, and were trying to push me to get her Pyometra surgery. We put her on antibiotics and she was fine, just a common UTI. Then they call me and still try to push me to get her surgery, I decline. I bring her in this week to finally get her vaccines updated (she only needed her kennel cough updated) and they gave her 2 extra vaccines that she didn’t need, bringing my total to $270.
