Customer Reviews
We feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a caring and dedicated veterinary team for our dog, Teddy, throughout his life. Teddy had been coming to Clifton-Centreville Animal Clinic (CCAC) since he was a young pup where he had been under the late Dr. Netschert’s care. Over the years, the care and support from the team here never wavered. Dr. Blackwood and Dr. Henderson are both exceptional veterinarians. They are both kind, patient, and deeply passionate about their work. Teddy was an anxious boy who was not a fan of being touched by those outside of his small inner circle, but both doctors and their team were always so gentle and patient with him, respecting his boundaries and were able to make him as comfortable as possible to examine him thoroughly without having to use a muzzle! Take both my hounds to this clinic and couldn't be happier. They have done minor things like anal expressions to puting my dog under to clean her teeth ( she was a rescue). The teeth came out spotless and they did a complimentary nail cut while she was under. Both the vets are great and we are glad we found this location. Affordable rates also.
They are the best. They care. They are flexible. We live an hour away in DC. Our dog had a recurring health issue that we spent thousands of dollars trying to diagnose. We had tried three or four other veterinarians and none of them were able to actually diagnose the issue. We were referred to this establishment and I'm so happy that we were. They were able to diagnose my dog's condition (a form of lupus), and they provided a working treatment. This was several years ago and my dog is still happy and healthy. I can't recommend them enough.
In 2021 we lost both of our yorkies. Our male Yorkie, Ringo had a heart issue that gradually got worse and it took his little life. The particular male vet that was dealing with Ringo, who is still there in my opinion and my entire families opinion was very course, and seemed to care more about the other patients then Ringo, basically all he wanted to do was give Ringo that fatal 2 shots, and then call it a day.Penny lane our other Yorkie she developed a cancer and there was not much we could do about it.I know this is very late, but it's really bothered me since 2021 that male vet didn't give a damn about my family who were all crushed by this.He just didn't give a damn.He wanted to put Ringo to sleep ASAP and get to his other money paying customers.Sorry so late folks.Ime not a complainer.
This vet clinic helped save my cat's life. I was new to the area in crisis, and they made time for him and referred us to an incredible 24hr animal hospital. I am so grateful for the kindness and care we received, and very glad to go back for regular longterm care now.
