I love this vet. I previously went to another vet and felt that they were cold, uncaring, and overpriced. When I switched over during getting my cat spayed I learned what a good vet is like. They are very kind, helpful, and care not only for my cat but for me as well. They make sure that I’m okay and comfortable while waiting, and that I understand every piece of what’s going on. They are very reasonably priced and have very comfortable waiting and exam rooms. I will continue to take my animals here for years to come.

We are new to the area, we were referred to Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital by one of our neighbors. We were very impressed with the courtesy and care of our first visit. Our dog needed a dental, setting up the appointment was quick and easy. They took great care of Jax and the cost was reasonable. In the meantime, our other dog was not feeling well, they were very courteous at fitting her in when we picked up Jax from his dental so we didn’t have to wait another day and make and additional drive to the office. She got the medication she needed and is already feeling better. Thank you to the doctors and staff for providing a new Veterinary home for the furkids. Jean and Dennis

I would never go anywhere else, and that’s after having gone to a few other places in town. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and very caring. They were able to give me a same-day appointment when our little Maltese was very sick. I love that they have boarding, grooming, and full veterinarian services. The vet himself spent several minutes explaining everything, answering all my questions, and Kaitlyn was also terrific! I’m just so thankful.😌

Everyone at this practice cares about our fur babies so much and it shows from being greated at the door to every vet tech that cares for you. Dr. Fiore is kind and patient. She explained our tests results and created a treatment plan to help our fur baby. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a veterinary practice to care for their babies.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this veterinary office. They take such amazing care of my dog, Rocky, and always treat him like he’s their own. The staff is kind, patient, and truly compassionate, and they take the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Knowing Rocky is in such good hands gives me so much peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and love they show him every visit. Highly recommend!
