Cleopetra's Grooming

I have to say I have been using them for a number of years They actually found a tumor that our vets had not and we’re good enough to point it out to us We were able to get extra time with our pet We loved because of them paying such attention That would be enough But our experience has been they’re always kind easy to work with And although always busy, really try their best We love the grooming they do on all our dogs The one dog we lost was a Maltese that was white and Always had knots Cleopatra always got her looking white and got all of the knots out without cutting her Fur off like so many other groomers did nor did these other places get her as white Our other dog is a beagle that we showed To grand champion and let me tell you I personally think she always gets him looking

This is my first ever one star rating of any business. I will start by saying that you should absolutely not take your puppy here to be groomed. I brought my puppy in at 10 AM as was scheduled and continue to try and call them to see when he might be finished because he is very young and I know cannot go more than four hours without a bathroom break as well as it being anxious since he’s so young. There a machine tells you that they will not return any calls till after business hours so there is no way to get in touch and find an update around when your dog will be completed their grooming. Lily always gets the shakes and separation anxiety...until Cleopetra's. She loves it, and the family owned/family environment ROCKS! No "scary back room" where your pup is put in a crate....This is her post-"spa" day...

If you want to have ZERO communication from the people who took in your dog at 10 am and it’s now 8:20 pm and overpay for services, use this place. I stopped by twice (once on the way home from work and once at 8:20) to check on the progress of my dog and both times they refused to even look at me much less speak to me. I have never been to a business that is more rude to its customers. It seems that they overbook and let the owners deal with having to pick up their dogs at 9:00 pm. Another owner walked in as I was waiting in the parking lot at 8:20 and they told him it would be another hour. When I was paying I told the woman that it was totally unacceptable and she said, “I agree.” I just got home and they did not cut my dogs nails. For $130 my dog got a shampoo and hair cut. Rid

Charged 85 for a bath and brush. They said they charged up for “dematting” a matt that she had in her tail but still pricey. I had also asked for a full groom, including nails in a cut, but they said they couldn’t do it because “she wouldn’t stay on the table,” but I have had her groomed many times where we used to live at a Petsmart and there were no problems, so I’m not really sure what was going on. When I went to pick up my dog, she seemed very distressed; even more so than previous times that I have gotten her groomed. Not saying that they’re doing anything bad to the dogs, but don’t think I would be going back.
