Clearview Animal Hospital

My dog hurt himself pretty badly, I called Clearview for help. I spoke to an extremely unpleasant receptionist or vet tech on 12/26/25, I believe her name was Lace(?), who was right away very uncaring and dismissive. She told me there was no way anyone could see my dog, which would be fine, but she hadn’t even bothered to check what the issue was or why we were trying to visit, so I explained he got an injury and is hurting pretty badly, could she please double check if one of the doctors may have time? I didn’t expect anything, but It doesn’t hurt to just ask, right? Wrong, apparently. At that point, Lace went nuts. They took very good care of my cat ..she had to be shaved, her hair was awful and lots of nots...
