Michelle did an amazing job with my princess she definitely made her feel loved and cared for the service was great too my baby is scared of heights and Michelle made her comfortable to know she could trust her .Michelle even painted my babies nails to make her look even more beautiful and even gave her a cute bow . I would not recommend. My dogs are small Poodle mix and Shitzuh mix and have never had complaints from previous groomers , if anything they are considered fairly easy to work on. Michelle , with years of experience does not measure up to the quality cut i usually get them for way less elsewhere. One of my dogs nail was cut too much and bled ( it wasnt even a black nail) and she gave him away like that saying “ he was difficult with his nails”…..never heard that from a groomer prior to this as hes usually shy and easy. Completely unprofessional to hand him over without letting me know and also not having any powder on hand to stop the bleeding. It was only when i told her that his nail was bleeding that she said “put some flour on it”. No apology or accountability for her mistake . In all m

Michelle takes care of my senior dog. He looks and smells good. No meds needed to calm him as usual she handles him well

Michelle did an amazing job with our super nervous 16 year old dog! It was not an easy groom but she had a lot of patience and worked well with Bambi. We appreciate her so much!
