I recently just finished up Obedience training with John. The class completely exceeded my expectations! We learned so much every week and John made sure each class was comfortable, fun and uplifting. His training style is very easy to understand/follow, allowing you to leave the class with the best results possible. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to get their pup trained!

I was recommended to see John by a previous client of his for training for our puppy Cane Corso who had severe confidence issues and was scared of everything. We sent her to John’s 3 week board and train, and could not have asked for a better experience. From day one he sent pictures and videos to keep us updated. He worked on so many aspects of her training and took her to so many places to experience so many different situations. John is so knowledgeable and so patient. He is firm and consistent, yet gentle. He loved our dog like his own and took such great care of her. Not only did he send videos to show what he was teaching her so we can do the same at home, he also sent an entire word document on every aspect of training. John is beyond amazing!!! He is passionate about training dogs and is very professional in his approach. He followed each training session with a summary of what we did and what to work on for out next session. He was easy to reach between sessions with any questions, always quick to respond. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to learn beginner skills or more advanced training as I did with my two loving Pitt Bulls.

John is amazing. When we started our session, we had two rambunctious 4 1/2-month old Golden Retriever pups and by graduation day we had two little ladies. They learned their manners, including sit, down, stay, heal, and come, and we had a lot of fun learning with them. John was the only name we heard when we asked friends for recommendations and after working with him for a few short weeks we would not take our girls anywhere else. He very quickly assesses the personality and individual needs of each pup, he has a genuine interest in their well being and development, and his methods are easy to understand and follow. Young or seasoned pups, first-time or experienced pet parents, John will help make sure you and your best friend understand each other and live your best life together!

He was generous with his wisdom, his time, and his supplies. He was patient, kind but firm, and consistently building on what we needed.
