I've been taking my dog, Sally, to this place for many years, and I can tell that the staff truly love her and take great care of her. The owner, the lady, always makes sure Sally is doing well. She pays attention to every little detail while grooming her, and I really appreciate how much care she puts into it. I highly recommend this place!

I honestly don’t understand how someone with this kind of attitude can run a business. The owner (a woman) is really rude and unkind. Every time I go there, the haircut looks terrible. When I ask her to make my dog look nicer, she says she’s not confident and keeps blaming the dog instead. I even recommended a few friends, but they all stopped going because the grooming was so bad. If your skills are lacking, at least be kind to your customers. This is truly the worst place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE IF YOU LOVE THEM. I used to bring my shih tzu. But one time after his grooming session, we noticed his left eye was a little swollen. We took him to our vet and said it was a burn from the dryer possibly from grooming. His eye never healed. He got glaucoma and is now blind on that eye and will need surgery. We called them about it, but the lady kept denying that it happened. BEWARE.

Extremely rude, don’t understand why because she doesn’t do the service for free, WE pay for it. I have a lot of friends who said the same thing and stopped taking their dogs there for the same exact reason.

I am very happy with my pups first groom. I waited longer than I should have to send her to a groomer for the first time because I have trust issues and have been nervous about it. I recently moved to the area and found this spot on Google. The staff was very welcoming and non judgmental about me waiting so long. (Another place basically scolded me and told me I should have been going 1s a month) but the lady here told me that every 2-3 months is enough for my dog since her hair doesn't grow that long. Again I'm so happy with how my pup came out and I feel much better about finding a place I trust. Thanks again 🥰
