Classy Cassie's Grooming

Cassie does a wonderful job! Ghost (pictured here) is a 135lb Great Pyrenees, but acts like a huge chicken. He’s spooked easily by even the simplest of things like doors opening too quickly near him. While he was a little nervous during the bath portion (as always, even when we’ve bathed him ourselves), Cassie had him all calmed down for the blow dry and brushing to de-shed him. When we returned to pick him up, he was happy to see us, but also very loving toward’s Cassie, her mother, and grandmother. Tail just wagging like crazy! That would not have been the case if he felt as though he was mistreated in any way. We are super happy with how handsome, fresh smelling, and she’d-free he is. Even his breath smells minty fresh! I can't say enough nice things about Cassie's!!! After a horrible experience at another grooming location in Gaston County I was looking through reviews and found Cassie's as I was desperate to try to secure an appointment for my little guy. Cassie's mom listened to my day in dread and while they weren't able to accommodate a full grooming for me today, she so nicely squeezed him in for a sanitary grooming which gets the hair out of his eyes and gets the other areas until I could book a full appointment. This was so nice of them!! I dropped my baby off and was greeted by a super clean establishment and smiling faces. I am so happy I found a groomer I can trust and goes above and beyond for my pup. This was our second visit with them and Amber did a fantastic job, my boy looks AMAZING plus he’s happy. We won’t ever be going anywhere else and I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

I took my mini poodle to Classy Cassie's for the first time today after hearing so many good things about them, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff member at the front desk was so kind and welcoming, and the groomer I met with was friendly, easy to communicate with, and didn't rush my drop off. The facility is incredibly clean and there are large windows between the lobby and the grooming area so if you want to stay and watch, it's a very transparent environment. I expressed what I liked about my pups hair but gave the groomer the freedom to do whatever she needed to do to make sure he was clean and neat - he was perfect and looked exactly how I wanted him. Update: If I could give her more stars I would. We took our cat for a sanitary trim and oh my word, she came back to us twice as beautiful!!!! Literally the best groomer ever! Hands down best grooming experience ever! Friendly, funny, punctual, and all around amazing service! Cassie has wonderful communication and extremely affordable prices. Karsen is a genius with the scissors. We took my grandparent's dog for her first ever grooming appointment, and let me tell you she was perfect when she walked out. I was concerned because she is spicy when we take her to the vet, so I didn't know how she would handle this. But the ladies there worked their magic! Classy Cassie's has a new regular client on their hands. Thank you all so much!!!
