It’s been a little over a year since we stopped taking our dogs here. I should have posted this sooner to prevent any other dogs from being injured, but I put it off because I really hate posting negative reviews and it bothered me for so long to even think about the trauma one of my dogs experienced here due to the negligence and frankly lack of care of this groomer. Both pictures of my dog Buck are from two separate occasions. We gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time when they cut Buck’s eyelid as we like to give grace and understand mistakes happen. Did what they had to 🤣 my dogs were looking pretty rough. Didn’t come home with any cuts on their skin, maybe one or to small bald spots but whatever. That’s a win. There are a lot of bad groomers out there. I usually groom them Myself but gave up and needed the pros. My dogs are seniors, my small dog has bad arthritis and so the groomer is very stressful for them. The groomer told me my small dog bit (nipped at her) three times - which he’s never done in his life - so that does have me worried that she wasn’t terribly gentle - but because I’ve groomed them myself, I know the struggle, so I can’t blame her for that. Scheduling was easy and the staff was incredibly kind and forgiving of the grumpy old man. Will def be back!

I took my husky in to see Leah for a deshedding bath, nail trim, and paw hair trim and Leah did absolutely AMAZING! I like to think that I do a good job brushing my husky during these summer months when she's shedding like crazy, but nothing compares to the work Leah did. In the days after the bath, my husky hasn't had any little tufts of hair pop up and you can even feel that all the fur, that's usually hidden under her topcoat, has been washed out. It's reduced her shedding by a ton and she looks better than ever. If you're considering a groomer, do it. And when you do it, call and ask for Leah! She'll take amazing care of your pet.

Tyler fixed my Sedona's hackjob that petsmart left me with and said they couldn't finish. Tyler returned her to glory and was very polite and respectful. Thank you! The 2nd pic is what I was left with after PetSmart. The 1st is her restoration.
